1584-85: Installation of the Capuchin monks in Castelviel, then in the suburb along the rue de Tras Borias (now rue de la Madeleine).
1630: Beginning of the reconstruction of the convent including the cloister.
1629-1631: Death of seven monks as part of their fight against the plague.
1649: Innocent of Caltagirone (1589-1655), superior general of the Capuchins, in Albi.
June 1, 1791: Sale as a national property to Jean-Baptiste Andorra.
1863: Rental to Joseph Maraval, who established a hat shop in the place.
1873: Acquisition of the entire former convent by Joseph Maraval, with the rise of his industry.
1966: Sale and construction of the residence Les Charmes in the old gardens of the convent.
1990s: Hervé Canivet buys all the buildings of the former convent from the Maraval family and develops them as business centres and residential housing.
2004: Purchase of the cloister by the Imart family. Large-scale architectural project by the Toulouse firm Cardete and Huet (new volumes and screen-printed windows). The place becomes a showroom of high-end Italian furniture.
2017: The cloister is sold to the Amirault family as a residential place. Renovation of the rear facade, for the most visible work.
